The clue-1.0 repository is engineered so any researcher, quant, or systems engineer can replicate the complete CLUE/1.0 mathematical engine, empirical time-machines, interactive HTML HUDs, and GitHub-compatible Wiki on a fresh Windows, Linux, or macOS machine in under 60 seconds.

2. What python install.py --verify Validates
When you run python install.py --verify, the installer executes a deterministic 4-stage self-verification suite:
1. Stage 1 — Python Environment & Package Installation: Installs clue-1.0 in editable mode (pip install -e . or PYTHONPATH=src fallback).
2. Stage 2 — Exhaustive 256-Word Theorem 4.2 Audit (k=4):
- Enumerates all $|\Sigma^4| = 256$ words.
- Verifies that they partition into exactly 15 canonical Bell orbits ($B_4 = 15$).
- Verifies the exact telescoping identity $\log_2(256) = H_{\text{canonical}} + \mathbb{E}[\log_2|\mathcal{O}(w)|] = 8.00000000\text{ bits}$ with 0.00000000 bits residual error.
3. Stage 3 — Web HUD & Asset Integrity Audit: Verifies all interactive HTML HUDs (web/index.html, web/rabbit_warren.html, web/forex_hud.html, web/options_hud.html, web/operational_hud.html) exist on disk.
4. Stage 4 — GitHub-Compatible Wiki Integrity Audit: Verifies all 10 Markdown files inside wiki/ (Home.md, _Sidebar.md, _Footer.md, 01-.. through 07-..).
